Connect your two locations up to 2 miles apart, using this easy
to install wireless bridge kit. The antennas are 13dbi
gain, directional antennas. Each antenna has 30 degrees
of coverage, in one direction.
If the supplied 25ft. of coax cable is not long enough to meet
your requirements, ask us about upgrading to a longer coax
cable, or use a PoE adapter to move the AP closer to
the antenna. (Not Included)
Just point the antenna in the opposite direction, connect it to
the Linksys WAP54G, and you'll be connected in no
time. WAP54G's come with latest in WPA encryption, MAC address
filtering and WEP encryption. 5 times faster then 802.11b.
Antennas are a 13dbi gain, directional antenna, that are
non-obtrusive and easy to mount. With these antennas, you will
be able to connect any two locations together. Share files,
Internet access, video, music or any other files. Mounting
the outdoor antennas is easy. This Bridge Kit package will
include necessary hardware for the antennas to be mounted to a
pole or flat surface. For mounting hardware,

If your AP is not in an ideal position in order to meet the 25ft.
coax cable requirement, please take a look at our
Power-over-Ethernet adapters, (POE).
This will enable you to place the Access Point in the attic, or
other location that is out of reach of a AC outlet. The
PoE adapter will power the Access Point, as well as send and
receive data for your network.
Lightning Arrestors:
When using outdoor antenna installations, it
is always possible that an antenna will suffer damage from
potential charges developing on the antenna and cable, or surges
induced from nearby lightning strikes.
The 2.4GHz Lighting Protector that is
Included in all of our long range Wireless Bridge packages will provide
protection to 2.4 GHz radio equipment from static electricity
and lightning-induced surges that travel on coaxial
transmission lines. This system needs to be
properly grounded as identified in the hardware installation
manuals of the products. For grounding hardware, please
Note: These antennas
require Line-of-Sight to each other in order to establish a
secure, reliable connection. If you have LOS issues, then check
out our NLOS (Non Line-of-Sight)
packages.

The rear of the WAP54G has only a single Ethernet port for
connection to either another access point, router, hub, switch,
or computer. Below is a close up image of the back of the
WAP54G access point:
