2-6GHz Coax Extension Cable

Note: When extending the reach of your Outdoor Wireless Antenna, it is recommended that you use as short extension cable as possible.  This will minimize the amount of signal loss you receive from the length of the cable.  The longer the coax cable, the more loss in gain from the antenna you will receive.

If your Outdoor Antenna will be more then 50ft. from the Indoor Access Point, we recommend that you use either an Outdoor Access Point, or use a PoE Kit to move your Indoor Access Point closer to the Outdoor Antenna.  A PoE adapter will allow you to power the Access Point through the same cat5 network cable used to send and receive data.  This will allow you to place the Access Point in a prime location such as a ceiling, or attic, where there is no AC outlet.

If you are unsure about the connectors on your wireless device, please contact us, with your specific model number and we will be able to help you.
