How long does installation take?
Installation depends on the number of access points you choose to install, and whether or not power needs to be added for each access point. Because we handle the pre-configuration and support, your time is reduced to installation only.
Do I need to upgrade my equipment over time?
Great question, and typically, because we are offering the latest Wi-Fi 6 and soon to be Wi-Fi 7 equipment, you should have a few years of success with the new Wi-Fi equipment, without the need for upgrades. This is of course assuming your park size and capabilities remain the same. Should you find your self increasing the incoming service to the park, then its possible you may want to increase the Wi-Fi capabilities so park guests can enjoy even faster speeds.
What kind of support do you offer?
The best support available! We install the same equipment we sell. We do not sub-contract support. Our techs are in house, US Based, English speaking representatives that are knowledgeable on everything we sell. Some are Microsoft certified, others are Cisco certified, and all of us have in field-hands on experience to help you through any situation, or configuration support needed. If its something we can not answer, we will assist in finding that answer with you.
