If you are not pleased with any item you purchased you may return the item(s) to us within 15 days for credit, minus a 15% Restock fee. Specially ordered items (SOI) are not returnable. To receive credit, the item(s) MUST be returned unopened, in BRAND NEW condition, with all packing material, manuals, and accessories. Item(s) returned not in conditions listed above are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee. Additional restocking fees may apply or the return request may be denied depending on the condition of the returned item(s).
PLEASE NOTE: On special orders (and items we do not stock), it is especially important to know what you want, as there will be no refunds or returns on those purchases. NOTE: Cut to length coaxial cable and Ethernet cable, as well as Special Order items are not returnable. Our Warranty Period does not cover physical damages, misuse of the product, and natural disasters. All shipments outside the continental United States are non-fundable under any circumstances. Please be sure to contact us directly for International shipments. Out-of-Warranty items are repaired or replaced only with the customer’s prior approval. Labor charges and freight will vary based on the condition of the defective item. Advanced replacement is available for items ordered within 7 days of the invoice date and will depend on the condition of the unit, and with the customer’s prior approval.
All warranties are void if GNS Wireless finds that the product has been abused, physically damaged, or altered in any way without prior written authorization. All products being returned to GNS Wireless must be shipped PREPAID. If the repair is under warranty, GNS Wireless will return the product to the customer, within the 48 continental US, Ground Service at no charge. Expedited shipping methods, international shipping, and customs fees are charged to the customer.
Items Failed Within Manufacturer Warranty Period
If the item you purchased fails within the manufacturer’s warranty period, call us and we will assist in processing the warranty claim. Each manufacturer has a different RMA procedure; we will help process your claim to accelerate the procedure. If a replacement item is sent to you prior to the return and satisfactory inspection and evaluation by GNS Wireless or the product manufacturer, you will be charged for the replacement. Full credit will be issued on completion of the manufacturer’s RMA process. Expedited shipping charges are not covered by this policy and will be charged unless covered by the manufacturer’s warranty policy.
Out of Warranty Repair
Out-of-Warranty Products are repaired only with the customer’s prior approval. For Out-of-Warranty repair charges, please contact us at 516-214-0321. For non-warranty items, the customer pays for all return shipping costs.
If you are requesting Advanced Replacement for the defective product, you must provide us with a valid credit card number as a guarantee. Please Note: Advanced Replacement charges will be applied to the customer’s credit card if the defective product is not received by GNS Wireless within 7 business days.
If an item is damaged or lost during shipping contact us for instructions. Inspect your shipment carefully.
Please clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the packaging. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned in the original carton or in the packaging of equal or greater quality.
To ensure the product remains in good condition, please do not use the product box as the shipping box. The items must be packaged and shipped in another box with appropriate packing materials. Any Contents of the package not matching the information on the RMA form will not be accepted and ALL equipment will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Items being returned for a sales credit are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee as stated on GNS Wireless Return Policy.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise noted. Items in stock will ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM EST. We ship the best effort after this cut-off time. For standard overnight and priority overnight services, we recommend orders to be placed before 1 PM EST. If there are any delays in shipping, a GNS Wireless representative will be in contact with you to make other arrangements. For out-of-stock items, we will ship when products become available and you will be notified of any additional delay. Billing and shipping addresses must be the same to avoid delay. We are unable to ship to Post Office boxes.
