This 20 x 16 x 11 inch powered enclosure provides substantially more usable depth than smaller outdoor cabinets, making it an excellent choice for installations containing multiple network components or larger equipment.
The enclosure combines a rugged fiberglass cabinet with an internal 120 VAC powered mounting plate and automatic fan cooling. It is ideal for housing wireless radios, PoE injectors, Ethernet switches, routers, power supplies, cellular equipment, surveillance electronics and industrial controls.

Rugged Fiberglass Construction
The enclosure is manufactured from molded UV-stable Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester (FRP), making it well suited for outdoor, high-temperature and corrosive environments. Unlike conventional steel cabinets, fiberglass will not rust, making it an excellent choice for outdoor wireless and network installations.
A fully gasketed raised lid helps protect equipment from the elements. Stainless steel quick-release latches provide convenient access, while integrated padlock hasps allow the enclosure to be secured when installed in publicly accessible or remote locations.

Integrated 120 VAC Powered Mounting Plate
The Gen 2 powered mounting plate provides a clean, organized platform for installing and powering networking and electronic equipment inside the enclosure.
Duplex 120 VAC outlets provide convenient power for devices such as PoE injectors, switches, routers and power supplies. A DIN-rail-mounted terminal block simplifies connection of incoming power, while the integrated grounding lug provides a dedicated grounding point.
The universal slotted mounting design provides flexibility when positioning equipment and accessories, allowing installers to create a clean layout without being restricted to a fixed mounting pattern.

Automatic Thermostat-Controlled Cooling
Equipment installed inside an outdoor enclosure can generate considerable heat, especially during the summer months. Excessive internal temperatures can reduce equipment life, cause unexpected shutdowns and affect network reliability.
The integrated high-airflow, low-noise fan system automatically activates as the internal temperature rises, moving air through the enclosure to help maintain a better operating environment for installed electronics.
