UniFi 802.11AC In-Wall Access Point with Ethernet port
The UniFi AC In-Wall AP transforms an Ethernet wall connection into a dual-band 802.11AC Wi-Fi Access Point. It features three Gigabit Ethernet ports. One is on the back of the access point which connects to your POE switch, or network. The other 2 gigabit Ethernet ports are located on the bottom of the access point, one of which has POE output, and the other is LAN. The UniFi AC In-Wall AP provides simultaneous, dual-band, 2×2 MIMO technology and is available in single- and five‑packs (PoE adapters not included).
NOTE: The POE injector needed to power this access point is NOT included.
You can mix any of the Unifi Access points and manage them all using the Unifi Software. Installing this in wall access point will provide coverage to a normal sized room, kitchen, basement, with overlap coverage in the surrounding rooms, assuming there is no cement. Wi-Fi coverage for the UAP-AC-IW-US exedes manufacturer specs.
